Kinser Membrane Solutions, LLC. (KMS) was founded in 2022 to provide complete advisory services for existing and planned membrane water and wastewater treatment plants. Offering Class D Colorado water operator experience allows KMS to provide operational efficiency reviews and upgrades for operating cost reduction.

Karla is a senior technical leader with over 30 years of demonstrated experience in large, complex, multi-year projects managing staff as well as the technical aspects to meet schedule and budget. She is an internationally recognized expert in membrane treatment processes including ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and membrane bioreactors having authored over 60 publications and presented over 100 national and international conference presentations.

Karla has led three corporate global membrane practices which involved development of company standards for membrane design, oversight and quality control, branding and staff technical development, and advisory or expert-opinion services.  She has completed over one billion dollars of design build projects as a technical leader.
